Reservations at De Poort
At De Poort it is possible to book on behalf of an organization or as an individual.
Individually, you can book a daytime or overnight accommodation for a planned course and sign up on the relevant registration page. The list of events can be found here:
You can also book an accommodation prior to or after the start or end of a course. You are also welcome to book a hotel room without attending any of the activities. This can be done using the link below:
Organization:
As an organization, it is possible to book a stay for a group. For this we offer the following possibilities:
Option 1.
You are welcome to book for a group through our planning department and make reservations for a conference room and hotel rooms. In this case expenses covering the conference rooms, and hotel rooms are paid by the organization.
Option 2.
You as the organization make reservations for hotel rooms and a conference room and let De Poort register your participants. In this case costs are paid by the participants themselves.
We offer two types of lodging:
1. Daytime packages (9 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 10 pm). De Poort will book a suitable conference room, lunch, coffee/tea and fruit for your organization.
2. Multi-day stays: De Poort books and facilitates overnight accommodation, meals and a suitable conference room.
